Αντιπρόσωποι του Ενιαίου Αρραγούς Εθνικού Μετώπου της Λεμεσού διαμαρτυρήθηκαν προς τον Κυβερνήτη για τις Τουρκικές βιαιότητες. Η επιτροπή ψήφισε τα ακόλουθα: 1)Κατακρίνει τις θηριωδίες και τις προκλητικές ομιλίες μερικών Τουρκοκύπριων ηγετών καθώς και την Άγκυρα, 2) η Κυβέρνηση δεν κύρυξε την οργάνωση παράνομη, 3) άμεσο αφοπλισμό της Επικουρικής Αστυνομίας και έρευνα σε όλα τα σπίτια των Τουρκοκυπρίων για όπλα.

Representatives of the United Solid National Front (EAEM) of Limassol complained towards the Government for the Turkish atrocities. The committee voted in favour of the following: 1) Condemns the atrocities, as well as the provocative statements of some of the Turkish-Cypriot leaders,as well as Ankara, 2) the Government did not declare illegal the organization, 3) immediate disarmament of the Auxiliary Police and research in the houses of the Turkish-Cypriots for weaponry.
