According to the article, since the beginning of the British rule, colonial administration has been supporting Greek Cypriots because they are majority. Although Greek Cypriots talk about boycotting Turkish Cypriots, the colonial administration did not do anything against them.

British administration is criticised for doing nothing on the Evkaf issue and since the Evkaf is a significant institution for Turkish Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots are asking to British administration to give the administration of it.

The second part of the article continues to argue that Turkish Cypriots are expecting from the British to give the right to take in charge of Evkaf and this is the right of the Turkish Cypriot muslims.

İngiliz sömürge idaresinin adanın yönetimi el değiştiğinden bu yana, sürekli olarak çoğunluk olan Kıbrıslı Rumlar lehine olduğu eleştirilen yazıda, gerek devlet idaresindeki çalışanlar sayısı, gerekse de Kıbrıslı Rumların Kıbrıslı Türkleri boykot edecekleri tehditlerine karşılık, sömürge yönetimi hiçbir tavır takınmamıştır.

Kıbrıslı Türk cemaati açısından önemli bir kurum olan Evkaf kurumu hakkında, İngiliz yönetimin hiçbirşey yapmaması eleştirilerek, Evkaf idaresinin Kıbrıslı Türklere verilmesi isteniyor.

Birinci sayfadan devam eden yazıda, İngiliz yönetiminden, diğer halklara tanınan serbesiyetin Kıbrıslı Türk halkına da tanınması istenerek, dini konularda müslüman Kıbrıslı Türk halkının kendi kendilerini idare etme hakkı olduğu talebi aktarılıyor.
