The Greek "Daily Telegraph" in London predicates that diplomatic cycles in Greece deem that there's going to be a new appeal in the UN for the Cyprus matter and that the Archbishop and Mr. Papagos will coordinate their policies in favour of self-determination of the island. Moreover, the Greek administration will aspire that the new appeal for the Cyprus matter will be jointly with the South-American states. On the other hand, as far as the meeting of Archbishop with the Governor, still the Cyprus people will not back-pedal on the matter of self-determination and call on the British government to try to find a basis of understanding, since the matter of the Constitution is out of the question.
