Abstract
The Special Judge, Mr Ellison, sentenced Andreas Kostas Tsakolis for three months in jail. The sixteen year old from Tembrias wore a mask in his village on the 2nd of September. Tsakolis was accused of illegally attacking Neofitos Panagiotou and Mihalaki Irodotou, entering the house of Panagiota Stilianou with the intent of intimidating her and using masks.
The defendant, with the advice of his lawyers Mr Mihalakis Triandafillides and Mr Andis Triandafillides pleaded guilty to the third charge so the Crown withdrew the first two complaints.
