Η Επιτροπή Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων πήγαν στο χωριό Αυγόρου όπου πήραν 30 καταθέσεις τραυματισμένων και άλλων παθόντων. Έξω από την Αμμόχωστο Βρετανοί στρατιώτες τους σταμάτησαν για έρευνα. Κατασχέθηκε αριθμός φωτογραφιών σχετικά με τα γεγονότα της Αυγόρου.
The Human Rights Commission went to Avgorou where it took 30 testimonies from wounded or people who suffered. Out of Famagusta British soldiers stopped them for investigation. Many pictures related with the Avgorou incidents were confiscated.
