Τρεις νεαροί ξυλοκοπήθηκαν από αγνώστους στην Λευκωσία, επειδή χρησιμοποιήσαν το όνομα της ΕΟΚΑ για προσωπικό όφελος.
Ένοπλοι προσωπιδοφόροι ξυλοκόπησαν κάποιους κατοίκους της Πέτρας και ανάγκασαν να διαδώσουν τον λόγο που ξυλοκοπήθηκαν. Ο λόγος ήταν παραβίαση εντολών της ΕΟΚΑ.
